Yes. Members pay $12 USD every year for access to the membership program. The membership will auto-renew until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership’s auto-renewal at any time through your account portal or by contacting our customer support team [email protected]. There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, though all purchases of the membership are final. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period.

Yes. Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (if you don’t already have one). This is how you will access your store credit, referral links, and management of your membership.

The member discounts and free shipping benefits can only be accessed on our website or in retail stores.

ACCESSING YOUR BENEFITS

You must use the same email you used when purchasing your membership in order to access your benefits. You have to sign in to your account to access your membership benefits.

Member exclusive discounts are auto-applied and will be visible in checkout. No code is needed. However, the discounts will only apply if you are logged into your True Classic account. Please confirm you are logged in with the same email address you purchased your membership with.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.

Store credit expires after 180 days of getting them.

Once logged into your account you will click the person icon in the upper right hand corner of the web page. Once opened you will see the Insiders Club Membership clickable box. After clicking this your membership page will pop up with a referral link you can share!

MANAGING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel your membership from your account portal at any time or by contacting our customer support team [email protected]. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits for the cost of the membership. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period. Any unused credits will expire after 12 months and refunds for partial credits will not be issued.

No, we do not support pausing or skipping your membership at this time. However, you can cancel and rejoin the membership at any time.

You can update your payment method at any time from your account portal at any time.

All purchases of the membership are final and cannot be returned or refunded. You can cancel your membership auto-renewal from your account portal at any time or by contacting our customer support team [email protected]. If canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Your benefits are linked to the email address you used to purchase membership, so you need to use that same email to access your benefits.
